Special posting considerations:

The purpose of this posting is to create an inventory with the names and resumes of employees who wish to be considered for a transfer elsewhere within NSERC or SSHRC.

Hiring managers may consider the inventory at the start of staffing processes. Additional verifications (references, second language, and/or security) may be required if selected.  

To be considered, employees must submit an application through this posting, upload their latest resume and keep it up to date. The Human Resources Division will keep resumes in the inventory until March 31, 2026.

Transfers resulting from this inventory will be at the same classification level (or lower) as the current substantive position. They will not constitute a promotion or change an employee's status of employment (term or indeterminate).

Please note that this inventory does not guarantee a transfer.
