Manager, Evaluation
Special posting considerations:
The intent of this process is to staff two (2) positions: one (1) 24-month term appointment with the possibility of extension, acting, assignment, secondment, or exchange and one (1) indeterminate appointment. This process also aims to create a pool of partially and fully qualified candidates that may be used to staff similar term or indeterminate positions within both Agencies.
Candidates must clearly demonstrate in their cover letter how they meet the education and experience factors listed in the essential and asset qualifications. The cover letter should not exceed two (2) pages in English or two and half (2.5) pages in French* (8.5x11; 11 point font; normal margins). Please note that it is not sufficient to only state that the qualification is met; applicants must clearly indicate how they meet the merit criteria by providing concrete examples. Resumes will be used as a secondary source to validate the experience described in the cover letter. Failure to clearly demonstrate in your cover letter how you meet the screening criteria (education and experience) will result in the rejection of your application. Candidates will not be solicited for incomplete or possible missing information.
*The additional length of French cover letters recognizes anticipated differences in length to express similar content based on official language choice.
