What you will do 

As a HR Analyst, Systems and Reports, your responsibilities will include:

  • Leveraging HR systems, data analytics, reporting, and business process automation to drive operational excellence and support evidence-based decision-making.
  • Developing and maintaining complex reports, dashboards, and analytical products that inform the continuous improvement of HR programs, policies, and services.

What you need to succeed

Education

Experience

  • Experience working with complex information systems, including but not limited to human resources systems or databases
  • Experience in presenting data in different formats, as appropriate, including but not limited to reports, statistics, charts, graphs, dashboards, and other data presentation methods.
  • Experience in using Excel at an advanced level, including complex formulas and data analysis.
  • Experience in working with MyGCHR - An Asset
  • Experience developing Web Intelligence (Webi) reports with SAP Business Objects - An Asset
  • Experience in using Power BI to develop reports and dashboards - An Asset

Knowledge

  • Knowledge of Business Intelligence Reporting platforms, Tools and concepts
  • Knowledge of Microsoft PowerBI, SharePoint and Power automate
